Regular meeting of Moscow (National) Branch of IWFS under the presidency of Leonid Gelibterman took place in restaurant house «Buloshnaya» on 24th of March. Gastronomy evening was dedicated to Italy, so the dinner, prepared by brand-chef of restaurant house «Buloshnaya» Sergey Erofeev, was accompanied with Italian wines and coffee. Numerous guests of the event gave a high mark to the work of the chef and his team. Guests also pointed out the perfect-matching wine and food. The next meeting of the Moscow (National) Branch of IWFS will be devoted to the culinary culture of the Republic of Korea.
