On November 6, the Ambassador Kaluga Hotel hosted an Israeli cuisine dinner prepared by the International Center of Wine and Gastronomy and the Hotel team. The dinner, cooked by Tel Aviv chef Igal Gorelik, was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Israel to the Russian Federation, His Excellency Alexander Ben Zvi. The dinner menu included Ashkenazi and Sephardi cuisine, accompanied by Israeli wines. The dinner was preceded by a meeting between the governor of the Kaluga region and several members of the regional government with the Ambassador of Israel. The meeting was attended by the president of the ICWAG L. Gelibterman. The Israeli cuisine dinner was a continuation of the project “Cuisines of the World in Kaluga”. On December 25, a French cuisine dinner by Chef Anton Salnikov is scheduled at the “Ambassador Kaluga” Hotel.
