In the city of Togliatti, on the initiative of a restaurateur Igor Gelibterman, a gastronomic dinner of Peruvian cuisine was held as part of the “Cuisines of the World” project. The author's menu was prepared by chef Rashid Rakhmanov, the Ambassador of Peruvian cuisine in Eastern Europe and CIS countries. His Excellency Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Peru to the Russian Federation Juan del Campo Rodriguez addressed the audience with a video message. The Ambassador of Taste for global gastronomy Leonid Gelibterman acted as the Master of the Dinner Ceremony.
