Фестиваль «Гений места» прошёл в Перми уже в третий раз. Он традиционно охватывает темы книг, путешествий и городской культуры. 23 августа Л.В.Гелибтерман принял участие в pre-convention tour «Вкус места – Ильинский». Эксперты из нескольких регионов России обсудили тему поиска гастрономической идентичности муниципальных образований Пермского края на примере вотчины династии Строгановых посёлка Ильинский. 24 августа в Перми президент МЭЦ выступил с докладом «Феномен гастрономического туризма» в рамках секции «Сельский и гастрономический туризм как фактор устойчивого развития территории». Помимо участия в программе фестиваля, Л.В.Гелибтерман провёл переговоры с членами правительства Пермского края, встретился с ведущими рестораторами региона и дал несколько интервью краевым СМИ.
The festival «Genius of the place» was held in Perm for the third time. It traditionally covers the themes of books, travelling and urban culture. On August 23, Leonid Gelibterman took part in the pre-convention tour «Taste of the place – Ilyinsky». Experts from several regions of Russia discussed the search for gastronomic identity of the Perm Krai municipalities through an example of the Stroganov dynasty estate in the Ilyinsky village. On August 24, the president of the ICWAG made a presentation «The phenomenon of gastronomy tourism» within the section «Rural and gastronomy tourism as a factor in sustainable development of the territory» in Perm. In addition to participating in the festival program, Leonid Gelibterman had negotiations with members of the Government of Perm Krai, met with leading restaurateurs of the region and gave several interviews to the regional media.
